The BMS10x0 is capable of centralizing 6 to 15 cell battery packs and can be configured with versatile system and cell parameters.

Suitable for Low Voltage - High Current Applications
The BMS10x0 has a wide range of features and can be used in many different applications. It is suitable for devices or systems powered by ion lithium battery packs with a capacity of 10 to 1000Ah and voltage between 12V to 60V. This makes it a good choice for electric vehicles, mobile robots, personal mobility devices, and other similar applications.

No External Contactor or Current Sensor Needed
The BMS10x0 eliminates the requirement for external current sensors and power contactors by having them built in. The Current Sensor and Switches integrated within prevent the risk of short circuits and overloads that are typical in electrical systems. The BMS10x0 has an exclusive safety feature that most other products don't offer, a built-in 100A switch with undervoltage and overvoltage cut-off that guards the monitored battery pack from any spikes or dips in power usage. Moreover, the BMS10x0 also features an integrated circuit breaker that prevents system damage caused by short circuits and constant overloads.


Smart like a Computer
The BMS10x0 is equipped with a user-friendly and robust internal programming language. Its capabilities include reading and manipulating operating parameters such as voltage and current, as well as activating internal and external switches for customized management strategies. This unique feature from us allows for tailoring the BMS10x0 to meet specific and unique requirements.


Accurate & Self Correcting State of Charge
The BMS10x0 can transmit information about the battery pack's condition and charging status to the user application through various ports like CAN, RS485, USB, and PWM. The CAN interface of BMS10x0 supports multiple protocols, including CANOpen and our exclusive RoboCAN meshed network protocol. Additionally, the scripting feature of the BMS10x0 can make it possible to support any other CAN protocols easily.


Monitor by Walking By
The BMS10x0 by us keeps a record of the current moving into and out of the battery by utilizing its in-built current sensors. The battery's state of charge is assessed by comparing the entire current consumed with the estimated Ah (Amp Hour) of energy stored in the battery. Initially, the BMS10x0 employs the battery's Ah specification to calculate its theoretical capacity, but it subsequently alters it by assessing the actual charge/discharge cycles. The remaining charge is conveyed in either Ah or Time Remaining to Empty based on the present load current.
